A mentally ill patient shows the scars on his back at Habeb Public Mental Hospital in downtown Mogadishu. The man's family kept beating him intending to remove bad spirit from his body prior to his admission to the hospital. The country's 17-year-long civil war is effecting on the mental health of many people.
