Camp Cropper Prison - Death Row - An Iraqi inmate on death row is handcuffed before being taken for two hours of solitary recreation outside at the U.S. military-run Camp Cropper prison September 19, 2007 in Baghdad, Iraq. The Americans house a number of death row prisoners already convicted in the Iraqi courts and awaiting execution by hanging by Iraqi authorities.
