Protesters Silenced - Police forcibly remove protesters from in front of the Singha Durbar parliament in Kathmandu, Nepal on 29 October 2007. The protesters were demanding the announcement of a republican state and the implementation of fully proportional electoral system, a proposal submitted inside the parliament by Nepal's Maoist Party.
