Caption/Description
The CIA's Forgotten Soldiers - Fathi Ja lies under a blanket in his hut in a hidden temporary village in the Vientiane province of Laos on 28 November 2007. Fathi Ja's wife and two children were killed two months earlier during a raid by the Lao People's Army. Thousands of Hmongs who fought or collaborated with the American CIA until communists took over the country in 1975 remain hidden in the jungles of Laos and are regular targets of the Lao People's Army.
