Velia Tena Quintanilla holds a photograph of her daughter Rosa, who, at the age of 14, was last seen December 12, 1995 Her body was found 3 days later, murdered by an unknown assailant. She was going to the supermarket at 5pm in the afternoon when she was abducted.
