JUAREZ, MEXICO: NOV. 10, 2008 - A tattooed man over looks the city of Juarez from outside his house. Gangs and Narcos have driven the city in to complete anarchy as the war on drugs order by Mexico's President Felipe Calderón has blown to a stunning downfall with over 5600 murders across the country. The border city of Juárez (population: 1.5 million) is a slaughterhouse ruled by drug lords with over 1600 murders.
