Las Vegas, Nevada was once the fastest growing city in America then the housing bubble burst. Now there are vast housing developments that are half built. Luxury homes that no once can afford and 'foreclosure tours' where people look for deals on homes that have been foreclosed on. With all the boom in construction, there is a plethora of building equipment. Here, north of downtown, a lot is filled with hydraulic lifts, used for telephone and electrical installations and repairs. Las Vegas, Nevada, April 4, 2008
