Detainees sleep outside their tents. Some US military guards say some detainees sleep outside because they dislike airconditioning. Other say they are refusing the amenities in protest of being held in the Camp. Camp Bucca is a holding facility for security detainees maintained by the United States military in the vicinity of Umm Qasr, Iraq.
