People set up camp as they queue to achieve their dream of buying affordable housing in Fuenlabrada, outside Madrid, November 12, 2008. Spanish property developer Jose Moreno, also known as 'Pocero de Fuenlabrada', has promised to build over 2,000 cheap homes for people between the ages of 18 and 35 who do not own any property. That promise has attracted tones of people who have been willing to sleep on the street in tents to wait until November 15, the day when Moreno will officially start registration for the future property development.
