Would be suicide looks at picture of his wife and kid. He climbs rail and threatens to jump. He tells officers he wants his wife and waits resting on rail. His wife arrives but doesn't want to talk-they had quarreled. He ponders the drop. Wife with chaplain talk him into coming down. After about 4 hours he is down. This was his third attempt at suicide.
