One woman died, 100 persons were injured and 400 escaped when floor and ceiling collapsed during a St. Patrick's Day dance in Chicago. After making this picture, Mr. Giampa climbed a ladder and crawled over timbers to ask firemen if he could help. 'Clear out, bud,' one replied. 'You're not getting paid for this.'
