Bodybuilding: I have been covering the Australian Bodybuilding Championships for a couple of years .Initially I was intrigued by these people who undertook extreme exercise,diet and weight regimes to sculpt their bodies way beyond that of the average human body. From day 1 my first thought , after a fleeting feeling of intimidation on being surrounded by these massive frames, was that these bodybuilders were dedicated and driven athletes who pushed their bodies to the limit.
