The old office building Ryasat-5 outside Kabul city centre was totally destroied during the civil war. Now, more than 800 afghans lives in the building. They returned back from Pakistan and Iran after years as refugees. There are no water, no windows, no heating or santitation in the ruin. Kabul, Afghanistan, December 5, 2006.
