Photographer says, 'Play the pajama game in Gernreich's one piece creation. The black sleeveless bodice is pin striped in white and gently draped at the bosom. Leg bottoms are boldly striped in black. for padding about the patio, try a pair of knitted polka dot leggings. They come knee high or thigh length and need no garters to stay up.'
