In a kind of grim game of tag, a Vietnamese man is 'it' in the village of Lap Thuan. Suspected of ties to Viet Cong elements operating in the area, he is so labeled by U.S. Marines who moved into the village. The hastily scrawled description of the suspect reads in part, 'Interrogate Believe to known more than he knows.'
