Cradling a buddy in his arms, a U.S. Marine calls for a medic during savage fighting between North Vietnamese troops and Marines on Hill 881 north about 6 miles northwest of Khe Sauh May 3. The Marines took possession of this hill and two others nearby May 3 but continued fighting Communist remnants May 4.
