Patrolman Fred Sportack, who is on light duty at the Property Clerk's Office at pier 15, holds gun on Frank Pinckney at Pier 14 where Pinckney was caught attacking a department of Marine and Aviation watchman with a 2X4. Police at the 4th precinct reported Pinckney was sent to Bellevue Hospital for observation.
