A hazard of water skiing was displayed at a regatta when during a team ramp jump one of the skiers, losing his grip on the tow rope, suddenly 'took flight.' His partner watched the unbelievable spectacle until the 'flyer's' arms dropped and he plummeted into the 'drink' with the grace of a 'gooney bird.'
