This is a picture vignette of Pedro Pablo, 76, whose vocation is nurturing food from greenhouse seed and plant to boxed produce. Pablo has worked at the Joe Desimone farm, a generation-to-generation operation for almost twenty years. The work is demanding and there's always something to do tomorrow.
