Leo hasn't found anything valuable yet, but as he points out--he's been looking only 15 years. Leo Schalbetter, 88, leaves the Yesler Hotel every morning. Sometimes he stops for a rest but he makes a point of looking into all the trash cans along the way. A retired logger and milk-cannery worker, Leo pokes into the trash because he's 'got nothing to lose.'
