Photographer says, 'At a Red Cross feeding kitchen only three blocks from my plush Inter-Continental Hotel, a food riot broke out after the supply of chapaties ran out. As I struggled to get more pictures, a starving woman tore my shirt away. Never had the worlds of the haves and haves-nots seemed further apart.'
