Photographer says, 'I wanted a picture that said 'greed,' and in a wheat market in India's grain-rich Punjab I found this fat-cat grain dealer. He bought from the local farmers and tried to keep as much grain off the market as he could, to keep the prices high--a classic bad guy in a story whose villains were often abstract and intangible.'
