Treats for Night Visitors (Rats), Italy

While covering an assignment pertaining to rats and rat problems worldwide, I was aware of the difficulty existing in Italy. As I entered the house of Filippo Fontana of Naples, he said, 'I've got to leave this (leftover food) on the floor so they don't get on the bed.' A program now exists in Rome called 'War on Rats.'
