James Counce, a married man, sits and watches as couples dance to a slow tune during a dance at a Co-ed prison. No body contact is allowed except on dance nights, when most inmates get a chance to compromise their frustrations by dancing cheek to cheek. But for Counce, the dances are merely a time to reflect upon what life could be on the outside.
