Photographer says, 'Anthony Kiritsis kidnapped company president Richard Hall. Kiritsis demanded a release from his mortgage and total immunity from prosecution. Kiritsis promised to release his hostage after police agreed to his demands but instead he called a press conference with Hall still captive. As soon as he released Hall, Kiritsis was arrested.'
