Danielle Blair, 18 months, is thrown from the second floor window of her town house apartment into the arms of Youngstown FBI agent Gordon Johnson. Youngstown police chief Donald G. Baker cradles Danielle's brother, Isaac, 4, dropped only moments before. The children and their mother, Mrs. Carla Blair, were being held hostage by a bank bandit.
