Japanese kite fighters duel for supremacy. Seventy neighborhoods in Hamamatsu sponsor these 5-15 square paper kites all in honor of baby boys. Kites are cut by friction from another kite line. Kite teams have from 25-50 men who are pulling on these lines to create this friction.
