Ralph 'Treehouse' Brown doesn't think much of the Army Corps of Engineers and planned to sue them for $250,000. The reason? If the Corps had constructed the planned Meramac River Dam, his quarter-mile stretch of shoreline along the Huzzah Creek would've been flooded and his canoe rental business lost.
