Estelle is 80. She lived in a fairly nice apartment house on Capitol Hill, but her schizophrenia convinced her mind she had paid her rent, when in fact, she hadn't. It convinced her a band of drug smugglers wanted to get into her room and use her window as a lookout. At night she would prowl the halls of the apartment house, banging on doors.
