This is Andree, known as the Princess of Capitol Hill. She believes she is in line to become the next queen of France--should that country ever return to its monarchy form of government. She claims to be a descendant of Napoleon and delights in wearing china doll clothes and blonde wigs. For her, the dream of being queen of France is a very real part of her life.
