Funeral procession winds solemnly through a Moscow cemetery, escorting the open coffin of a railway design engineer. Birch trees line the avenue. Marching behind, a three piece band plays classical and patriotic music chosen by the family. At the grave site, weeping relatives take a last look at the body before attendants nail the lid on the coffin.
