Old Town's Mama Lee holds her alcoholic friend until her delirium fit subsides. Old Town is a section of rural Lebanon, Missouri where a collection of unemployed white and black alcoholics scrape out an existence. Mama Lee, herself an alcoholic, still finds herself able to love and help out her friends who always turn to her for help and support.
