New York Times reporter M. A. Farber expression says it all as he peers out from behind the bars of the Hackensack, New Jersey jail. Farber was jailed when he refused to turn over his notes in the Dr. X (Mario Jascalevich Murder Trial) which lasted for 8 months. Farber was jailed for forty days.
