Sleeping bodies clutter the passenger waiting area of one of the airline terminals in Washington D.C.'s National airport. The weary travelers are stranded in the airport overnight by a ban on outgoing or incoming flights until 7 a.m.. Many tourists passing through the airport are not aware of the overnight lay over until it's too late to make other plans.
