A gang member smokes a dank stick, prepared by dipping a cigarette into PCP that has been cut with formaldehyde or fingernail polish remover. Smokers become high instantly and their bodies sag lifelessly. 'It makes you not think about none of your problems at all,' says a member called Sweet Pea.
