Stacy Harrold, 8, was born with both leg bones twisted and feet muscles turned inward. She was in a wheelchair for six years and now walks after surgery with the help of braces. Her father, Robert Harrold, was a combat medic with the 8th Air Cavalry Division in Vietnam in '68-'69. He has reoccurring illnesses of unknown origin. No prior birth defect history in families.
