Rachel Sutton, 9, was born with numerous birth defects affecting heart, throat and spinal column. Her father, Richard Sutton, in Vietnam from '66-'68 and '70-'71, with the 7th Marines in areas heavily sprayed with defoliants. He has a recurrent rash, occasional numbness and liver problems. The parent's families have no history of birth defects. Los Angeles, CA.
