Jenny holds her new son, while examining his feet. Toby's father visited his son a few days after the birth. Jennifer and Kate have an agreement with Michael, Toby's father, that he not be too involved with the baby. They emphasized over and over to Michael that everything would be on their terms. He would sign a contract surrendering all rights to future custody.
