After being just one pitch away from losing the World Series and a lot of money for any serious betters, the amazing Mets of ‘86 came back and stole the sixth game of the World Series out from under the Boston Red Sox and Bill Buckner’s legs, at the moment of victory for a game most thought was lost. Gary Carter and teammates celebrate wildly.
