Caption/Description
Abraham Twerski is a Hassidic Rabbi. He goes to Shul every morning and leads Talmud study. But at 8,45 a.m. every morning Twerski becomes a counselor to drug addicts. Twerski is a ninth-generation descendant of the Baal Shem Tov, founder of Hassidism. Twerski originally followed the family path and entered the rabbinate. He discovered that people turned to psychotherapists for help and Rabbis for ceremonial officiation. He wanted more than that.
