As her husband reads, Faith Brandau uses her special ropes in her den to gain Yoga's upside down benefits. Faith also teaches class and uses the 'lion' to stretch facial muscles. At sunrise, she likes to perform a morning 'sun salutation' on their riverfront boat pier to begin her day.
