This is a suicide note... I just wanted the police to kill me. Police found those words on a handwritten note in the wallet of 30 year old Paul A. Fisher after he kept police at bay for more than five hours with a rifle, a pistol and a desire to die. Fisher ended the standoff when he fired a bullet from his handgun through his right temple and fell 16 stories as police negotiators and bystanders watched.
