He's not their grandfather, but he is the grandfather of the woman on the bed about to get hit by the nurse, Linda, Jessica and Chris's mother. He brings his granddaughter to the gallery because it's convenient and he doesn't want his granddaughter dying from an overdose, so he accompanys her. They shoot up in the kids' bedroom.
