Manuel Taylor says the only thing to do in Panik is drink, shoot and find SOME. Father Panik Village became so notorious, the police refused to respond to calls there. They would come only in life and death emergency and only en masse. In this place, called the 'Hole,' young men had stashes of drugs, guns and rocks just in case the wrong people wandered in.
