California Economy Crisis: Jennifer Le Clerc, 21, of Sacramento who is 6 1/ 2 months pregnant kicked off her shoes as she waited in line with her husband Peter Le Clerc, 32, at left. 'I'm six and a half months pregnant and my husband just lost his job last month so we are really screwed, ' said Le Clerk. The Le Clerc's arrived at 9:30 in hopes of getting a job and say they will do anything. As layoffs mount in the Sacramento region thousands of people form a line at 9:30 am for the noon opening of the Sacramento's 'HIREvent' to have their resumes critiqued and seek future employment at the Lions Gate Hotel Garden Pavilion in the McClellan Business Park on Tuesday February 24, 2009.
