Yip Yat-Yin and his wife and son weep as they return to Red China after being refused permission to live in Hong Kong. Yip entered illegally several years ago, with his family with the current wave of refugees. The British forcibly repatriated the hungry hords from Red China because Hong Kong was overflowing with refugees and could accomodate no more.
