RV's line up for miles to get in to the annual Campvention, sponsored by the National Campers and Hikers' Association. 7000 RV's parked inside a boy scout camp near Elbert, Colorado. The location became known as the '10th largest city in Colorado'--at least for the week long affair. Next year, 1979, the Campvention moves to Canada.
